Privacy
Effective date: 17 October 2026
This note covers this website, blackmeridian.online. Each of the studio’s apps has its own privacy policy, on the app’s page.
What the site does not do
The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Its only script is its own image viewer, which shows screenshots larger and sends nothing anywhere. Its fonts, images and script are served from the site itself.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the details of each request, and keeps aggregated traffic statistics, under its own privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.
If a page fails to load, your browser may report the failure to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging).
Email you send to support@blackmeridian.online is kept in the studio’s mailbox at Zoho Mail, in its EU data centre.
Legal basis
This personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests (GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)): delivering this site and protecting it, and answering email you choose to send.
How long it is kept
Email is kept for two years after the last message in a conversation, and is then deleted. Cloudflare keeps request data as its privacy policy describes.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to restrict or object to its processing. To use any of these rights, write to support@blackmeridian.online.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example Portugal’s Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD): https://www.cnpd.pt/.
Contact
Controller: Mykhailo Shvets (Black Meridian). Questions about privacy: support@blackmeridian.online.
Changes
If this note changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
